DreamSmart Academy’s emphasis on behavioral coaching, training, and education is an innovative approach in the financial education space. DreamSmart Academy has created a unique Behavioral Financial Wellness Education Program, which I believe will become the gold standard in financial education. Every member, of the UPI team, must complete the Behavioral SuperPowers exercise (BSP); as they onboard into the UPI ecosystem. I find that this BSP tool is vital in helping to increase corporate engagement.
