DreamSmart Behavioral Solutions grew from a simple observation: the most successful organizations aren't built on strategy alone. They're built on trust.

Founded by Jeff Morris, DreamSmart emerged from decades of experience working with diverse organizations, from Fortune 500 companies to correctional facilities, from military bases to family businesses. One truth stayed constant: when trust is present, everything works better.

The Journey

How Jeff Got Here

From the Marine Corps to Fortune 500 boardrooms to correctional facilities. Each chapter shaped what DreamSmart is today.

1988

Enlisted in the United States Marine Corps

Served as a Marine Sniper, one of the few Black snipers in the Corps. Learned that trust isn't a leadership theory. It's the difference between life and death. Every principle Jeff teaches today traces back to this foundation.

2001

Transitioned to Corporate Consulting

Brought military-grade trust principles into Fortune 500 leadership teams. Discovered that the same behavioral dynamics that operate in combat units operate in executive suites. Started building a client base that would grow to 500+ organizations.

2008

Expanded Beyond the Boardroom

Began working with correctional facilities, schools, and justice-impacted communities. Proved that behavioral frameworks aren't just for executives. They work in environments most consultants won't even enter.

2015

Created TrustFlow™
