TrustFlow Teams – The Virtual ExperienceFROM GOOD TO GREAT…
FROM GREAT TO TRANSFORMATIONAL
10 ELEMENTS OF HIGH VALUE CREATION TEAMS

Create greater value.
Together.

A virtual team experience designed to help teams create greater value for their stakeholders. Ten guided modules connect behavioral insight, trust development and systematic team coaching to the work that matters.

For leaders of intact teams facing decisions, handoffs or commitments that need to become more dependable. Follow the recommended 90-day pathway or pace the ten modules across up to ten months. Your own prepared leaders guide 45–60-minute virtual sessions, with optional rotating facilitation. Jeff Morris or a DreamSmart-approved facilitator can support a live start or a deeper engagement.

Value for stakeholders

What needs to change?

Choose the concern closest to your situation. It will travel with you through this guide; it does not diagnose your team or prescribe a package.

Start with one meaningful outcome and the people depending on it.

What your team works toward

  1. A shared priority. Name the stakeholder and agree what success means.
  2. A tested improvement. Apply a clearer decision, handoff or commitment agreement.
  3. Evidence and renewal. Review what changed with recipients and make a continuation decision at the agreed closeout.

These are intended outputs from participation, not guaranteed score increases or financial returns.

THE METHOD BEHIND THE OUTCOME

A connected development system.

Profiles create a starting language. Interpretation gives insight meaning. Practice brings it into work. Recalibration helps the team learn.

Your online course toolkit

One licensed cohort

Different depths of guidance

01

Self-guided discovery

Your report, explanation, reflection prompts and a practice commitment. Digital guidance does not include a private coaching session.

02

Human-guided Illumination

A facilitator helps interpret selected insights, discuss patterns and translate them into action. Group work fits the live hours purchased.

03

Executive Guided Discovery

Integrate selected profiles with leadership, relationships and strategic context. Individual sessions and follow-up are explicitly scoped.

Selective resources for a deeper engagement

High Trust Life Profile: personal trust strengths, risks and practical moves, with appropriate disclosure boundaries.

Relationship Enhancement: work with a consequential pair on communication, coordination and repair. Selective controlled scope.

TrustFlow Index 360: self/other perspectives on trust-building behavior. The last verified commercial record places it on hold; it is not promised as a standard inclusion.

Team Workspace: report, commitment and coach follow-up workflows where verified and licensed in the proposal. No new dashboard, analytics or automatic integration is promised by this guide.

Three tools to open a useful conversation. Performance Pulse explores reported delivery; Friction Scan identifies work-interface concerns; Trust Tariff models coordination hours and payroll-capacity equivalents from explicit assumptions. These do not replace the developmental ecosystem or prove cash savings.

Core scope: BSP Level Two, Factor and Trust Orientation experiences for each participant; individual TrustFlow Index and Team TrustFlow Index baseline and repeat; one team-profile synthesis; selected 12 Cs practices, playbooks and tracking; leader guides, self-paced leader orientation and a workbook. Approved versions, entitlements and role-appropriate access are confirmed before team activation. The ten team elements, 12 Cs and seven campaign challenges are distinct.

EXPERIENCE AND EVIDENCE

What supports the approach?

Built on more than 25 years of Coach Jeff Morris’s work with teams across varied industries. DreamSmart connects that experience with foundational and contemporary team and coaching scholarship, including David Clutterbuck, Peter Hawkins and Jonathan Passmore. Scholarly influence does not imply endorsement or validation of proprietary tools.

DreamSmart’s developing frameworks connect trust development, evidence-calibrated reliance and trust-related coordination burden. Their three manuscripts draw on foundational through more recent scholarship; they are not presented as peer-reviewed validation of this course.

Recent research informing the approach

Reflection that informs action – Leblanc, Harvey & Rousseau (2024) ↗
A meta-analysis links team reflection with performance, with team size and tenure shaping the relationship.

Learning within and beyond the team – Edmondson & Harvey (2025) ↗
A research framework connects reflection, experimentation and learning across team boundaries.

Trust across workplace relationships – Espinoza et al. (2025) ↗
A meta-analysis examines how trust in colleagues and leaders relates to different levels of performance.

Published research informs the design. Actual course outcomes must be assessed through work and stakeholder evidence. Case examples will be added after evidence and publication permission are confirmed.

How we would assess your team's value creation

Agree a baseline

Choose one work measure: for example, first-pass handoff acceptance or time to an accepted decision.

Test a practice

Record the agreement, owner and review date. Check quality and any extra effort passed to another team.

Ask the recipient

Review usefulness with the people receiving the work. Consider developmental scores alongside that evidence.

YOUR PARTICIPATION

Ten modules. One real priority.

Ten Elements of High Value Creation Teams. Each module connects Element → Tool → Practice → Stakeholder Value → Evidence. Trust is the behavioral multiplier; stakeholder value is the outcome.

Time to reserve

Team: 45–60 minutes per guided session, plus preparation and application in normal work. Use the recommended 90-day pathway or agree a calendar across up to ten months.

Internal leader: prepares using the leader guide and maintains the calendar, playbook and follow-through. Team members may rotate facilitation while one designated leader maintains continuity.

Access: ten months from team activation for the agreed cohort. Issued reports and designated exported work are retained under applicable rights; renewal and extra measurement require an agreed scope.

Who does what?

Your sponsor: names the priority, makes time and enables stakeholder access.

Your team leader: coordinates the ten guided virtual sessions and the agreed review calendar.

Jeff or an approved facilitator: leads purchased live onboarding or a separately scoped sustained engagement. Approval and availability are confirmed in the proposal.

A worked example of week three

Before: bring an actual handoff that did not arrive ready to use. Review relevant Orientation and Friction insights.

Together: agree the recipient's requirements; distinguish behavior concerns from missing information, resources or process; rehearse the conversation; record owner, acceptance evidence and due date.

In the work: test the agreement on the next handoff, ask the recipient what helped and review it the following week. This is an illustrative exercise, not a reported client result.

What happens next

  1. Scope conversation. Schedule a chat with Coach Jeff. Bring your decision brief to discuss the priority, fit and appropriate support.
  2. Written proposal. Receive the outcomes, entitlements, named facilitator, dates, fees, evidence plan and exclusions for review.
  3. Agreement and payment arrangements. Resolve procurement, privacy, licensing, cancellation and invoicing before activation. These terms are not finalized by this prototype.
  4. Team activation. Confirm the cohort and sponsor, arrange leader orientation and any live session, and establish the baseline. The course and activation workflow still require delivery readiness.
