Build a practice you can use.
One session each month with the whole team.
1 hour total, shared across selected executives.
Your teams can perform well individually while shared priorities stall between them. Work with Coach Jeff on the decisions, handoffs, and commitments affecting a real business priority, with progress judged by the people depending on its delivery.
Begin with the challenge you need to address. Choose the depth that fits; a scan or a longer engagement is never a prerequisite for a conversation.
Sales commits to a delivery date before Engineering has agreed what is feasible. Both teams work hard, yet the customer waits.
Coach Jeff would help both teams examine their assumptions, agree who must be consulted, and define what an accepted handoff requires. Coaching supports practice on a real commitment; the review asks whether handoffs are accepted with less repeated work and whether the customer receives a usable outcome.
Selected behavioral and trust profiles support awareness. Micro-Trust Activations and working agreements support practice. Team profiles, TrustFlow Index work, playbooks, and commitment tracking help the coach and team review development and application. The components used depend on the agreed challenge.
Developmental profiles provide perspectives to examine with the team. Progress is reviewed through observable practice and agreed stakeholder outcomes.
Choose an optional starting point, review your result, and download your executive brief. Each tool stands alone. You can also begin with a conversation about your team.
The tools provide directional insights or assumption-based estimates. Each offers an optional dedicated 30-minute debrief with Coach Jeff. Your results are not sent automatically.
Investment is tied to the agreed work and scope. A focused session can provide a useful starting point; sustained practice calls for a longer engagement. There is no required purchase sequence.
| Experience and Base Scope | Investment (USD) |
|---|---|
| Half-day team experience → One focused challenge; participants and outputs agreed before booking. | $7,500 |
| Full-day team experience → Dedicated work on one cross-functional challenge; scope agreed before booking. | $12,000 |
| 90-Day Team Sprint → One team, up to 10 participants. Includes monthly team coaching and executive laser sessions. | $22,500 |
| 180-Day Executive Team Transformation → One executive team, up to 12 participants. Includes monthly team coaching and executive laser sessions. | $60,000 |
| 12-Month Enterprise System → Executive team up to 12 plus one application team up to 15. Includes monthly executive-team coaching and laser sessions. | From $135,000 |
Travel and direct expenses are additional unless explicitly bundled. The 90-day engagement is virtual-first; onsite work, additional teams, and expanded delivery are separately scoped. Final proposal confirms participants, preparation, assessments, follow-up, and investment.
Insight becomes useful when leaders put it to work. Monthly coaching brings the whole team together around its actual decisions, handoffs, and commitments. Focused executive laser sessions support individual application between team sessions.
Recognize the patterns affecting your leadership, team delivery, and stakeholder relationships.
Practice new behaviors in everyday conversations, decisions, and working agreements.
Use those practices on a real challenge. Review what changes for the people depending on your work.
How the value is calculated: the standalone rate for one 60-minute virtual team-coaching session is $1,500, including normal preparation and a concise action recap. The displayed values cover team coaching only; laser coaching is also included. These are components of your engagement fee, with no additional coaching charge for the listed allocation.
Laser sessions are a shared engagement allocation, not a separate allocation for every executive. The monthly coaching and laser allocations are distinct from the Labs, guided profile conversations, and sponsor sessions listed below. The enterprise application team's work follows its separately defined included scope. Onsite delivery, additional teams, or coaching beyond the allocation require an agreed scope.
Agree the outcome, participants, and evidence before the work begins. Preparation, live-session time, follow-up, assessment use, and the final investment are confirmed in a written scope.
Exact participant limits, preparation, dates, live-session commitment, included profiles, expenses, and follow-up are agreed in the proposal. Each experience has its own scope; these are options, not a required sequence.
Profiles and guided resources explicitly included in your engagement are covered by that fee. You do not need to purchase those same components separately.
Access and closeout: the Sprint includes 90 days of active Workspace access plus 30-day closeout; the executive transformation includes 180 days plus 30-day closeout; the enterprise system includes 12 months plus 60-day closeout. Issued reports and designated exported materials are retained under applicable licensing and data rules. New measurement waves or ongoing access after the agreed period require renewal or additional scope.
Additional scope: extra teams, expanded individual coaching, onsite intensives, and selected relationship work are discussed separately when relevant. Starter assessments and follow-up are specified before booking.
Choose one operating measure. For example: decision cycle time, commitments completed when agreed, or handoffs accepted without repeated work.
Ask the recipient. Can the customer, colleague, or partner use the outcome when they need it?
Review the evidence together. Agree a baseline, review points, and who owns each measure. A better profile score or a modeled capacity estimate alone does not establish business improvement.
Coach Jeff connects behavioral insight with real team work, working agreements, and accountability. Trust is a behavioral multiplier alongside appropriate strategy, structure, capability, resources, and technology. Outcomes are agreed goals, not guaranteed results.
Select the challenge that matters now. Coaching addresses the human and team practices involved; relevant process, technical, and organizational work may also be needed.
Bring one initiative, the connection that is proving difficult, and the people waiting on the outcome. Discuss a useful next step and the scope that fits your team.
